The people should not change a government which has brought effective changes for the betterment of the people and the nation.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak also called on the rakyat to ask themselves, whether they need to change just to get their desired outcomes?
Or stick with the present administration that has proven that those outcomes can be achieved.
Datuk Seri Najib made the remarks in his speech when launching the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan, TBS at Bandar Tasik Selatan today.
He said despite having the right to change the existing government, the people should not forget that the current administration has always put their interests first.
He said there were certain parties which were quick to doubt and condemn the government for its initiatives but accepted them over the years.
This, he said, included iconic national symbols such as the Petronas Twin Towers, KL International Airport and the TBS integrated terminal itself.
The TBS which cost 570 million ringgit was completed in November 2010 and began operations in January 2011.
Designed and built by Maju Holdings Berhad, TBS is part of the National Key Result Area to improve and enhance urban public transportation services.
Covering a 20 hectare site in Bandar Tasek Selatan, it currently handles 25 thousand passengers daily.
